In partnership with Dischem and Clicks Pharmacies, Discovery Health wanted a branded and customer centric clinic facility where patients would be tested for basic medical needs, update their Vitality statuses and be able to consult a nurse on-site in the pharmacy for adult and baby concerns. Traditionally these environments were sterile, cold and very generic and Design Tact, in collaboration with Grid Worldwide, was tasked to energise these environments with colour, lifestyle and an overall sense of wellbeing and joy.

These clinics were to service the Discovery Health Brand in exposure, market presents (new members) and as a value offering to existing members with free services and loyalty programs. As part of this strategy, the plan was always to create a design that was easily scalable and manipulated across various site specifics locally within South Africa and beyond the borders. As part of the service Design Tact provided, the design with all its elements was carefully engineered and developed as a retail solution and cost effective design that created consistency and alignment with the Health Care Brand with the right Brand/design controls in place to ensure the best possible experience for their customers from various LSM audiences and communities.
